Dr. Carrigan has been practicing Family Medicine in Perrysburg since 2010.  A Southwestern Ohio native but a long-time resident of Northwestern Ohio, Dr. Carrigan received her undergraduate degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and her Masters Degree in business from Bowling Green State University.

Heather is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Licensed Dietitian with the State Medical Board of Ohio. She completed an undergraduate degree in Human Nutrition from Ohio State University in 2012 and completed her dietetic internship with Wellness Workdays, Inc. in 2018.
